Attorney Jim Reed represented a Horseheads, NY boy who was severely injured while riding his bicycle when a drunk truck driver ran him over. The truck driver claimed that the cyclist pulled into his path and another truck driver tried to support that version of the facts. Attorney Reed worked with an accident reconstructionist to put the lie to the trucker’s story and to conclusively establish that the collision occurred when the truck unlawfully rear-ended the bicycle, NOT while the bicycle was making a turn into the path of the truck as the truck driver claimed.
