A major crash in the southbound lane of Clemens Center Parkway in Elmira this morning held up traffic for over a mile and required police to do an accident reconstruction at the scene. Right now law enforcement is not releasing any details about the early morning crash, and local media sources such as WETM, WENY and the Star Gazette have not reported on it yet.
The multiple vehicle crash occurred on Elmira’s southside near the intersection of Clemens Center Parkway and Cedar Street. As of 9:00 AM first responders were still on the scene and police were actively conducting an accident reconstruction.
