Free Conference Call on Resident’s Rights for Nursing Home Residents

The National Citizens’ Coalition for Nursing Home Reform is offering a free conference call on resident’s rights for nursing home residents and their families. The conference call on August 22nd, 2006, at 3pm, is the third in a series of calls designed to provide nursing home residents and family members with the information they need to recognize and insist on quality care. Previous calls have discussed resident-directed care planning and restraint free nursing home care. There will be six calls in all in the series.
