For more than 26 years, Jim has practiced in the state and federal courts of both New York and Pennsylvania in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Legal Malpractice.
Jim limits his practice to the representation of INJURED PERSONS ONLY and does NOT do any insurance defense work.
Jim was selected by his fellow lawyers as a “Best Lawyer in America”. This is an especially prestigious selection because Jim is the first (and only!) lawyer in this area EVER selected as a Best Lawyer in America.
In 1986, Jim became associated with the Ziff Law Firm and he made partner in 1989. Jim was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986 and to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987. He attended Elmira Free Academy, Hamilton College and the Dickinson School of Law. In law school, Jim was selected for both the Trial Moot Court Board and Appellate Moot Court Board.

Christina joined the Ziff Law Firm in March 2008. Specializing in the areas Medical Malpractice and catastrophic Personal Injury, Christina loves being in the courtroom and is eager to continue developing her trial advocacy skills.
