Board Panel: (WCB) A panel, usually comprised of three Workers' Compensation Board members (at least one of whom must be a lawyer), that reviews requests to amend decisions made by Workers' Compensation Law Judges, reopens closed cases and considers applications for lump sum non-schedule adjustment awards.
