Susan Moore Daubner,
practices in the areas of Divorce Law and
Family Law,
including cases involving contested and uncontested
divorces, custody, visitation, paternity, child
support, collaborative/mediation issues and abuse and
neglect cases. Since 1995, Sue has limited her
practice to these areas.
Sue is both a compassionate listener and a fierce
advocate for her clients. She strongly believes that
her clients should be educated about the law and how
it applies to their cases. She is a member of the
Finger Lakes Collaborative Law Group, which focuses on
helping clients achieve results through mediation and
amicable resolution. See

Sue advocates for the fair treatment of both mothers
and fathers in custody proceedings, visitation issues,
parental rights and child support.
Sue prides herself on providing personalized
representation to her clients. She further understands
that divorce and custody cases are emotionally
charged, and makes it her priority to help resolve
cases without being the cause for increased animosity.
She has a better understanding of her cases, as she
has two of her own children. She and her daughter ride
and show their horses when their schedules allow.
An Elmira native, she attended Elmira Free Academy,
before going to the University of Vermont and Albany
Law School. She was admitted to the New York State Bar
in 1995.
Attorney Daubner is a member of the Chemung County Bar
Association serving on the Pro Bono Committee.
She is also a member of the New York State Bar
Association, and a member of the Family Law Section of
the NYSBA. |
