		<description>Sorry about your girlfriend&#039;s accident and injuries.  Although you don&#039;t describe the severity of her head injury, it doesn&#039;t sound like it was too bad.  If that&#039;s the case, the value of her injuries simply would be substantial enough to consider bringing a lawsuit due to the airbags failure to deploy.  As I said in the blog post, these cases are God awful expensive to pursue so we can only consider taking those cases where the person has suffered very serious, permanent injuries.  I hope this makes sense.  If in doubt, folks can always email me with the details regarding the injuries and I will be happy to give you a straight answer.
