Although you don't describe the severity of her head injury, it doesn't sound like it was too bad. If that's the case, the value of her injuries simply would be substantial enough to consider bringing a lawsuit due to the airbags failure to deploy. As I said in the blog post, these cases are God awful expensive to pursue so we can only consider taking those cases where the person has suffered very serious, permanent injuries. I hope this makes sense. If in doubt, folks can always email me with the details regarding the injuries and I will be happy to give you a straight answer.
