- DO: Dress appropriately when you go to Court. I like to tell my clients to dress like they are going to church or someplace nice. It shows the Court respect. DON’T: Chew gum, wear a hat or wear any clothing that the Judge could take offense to, such as T-shirts that say “I’m with Stupid” or that have swear words on them. Read More
