Jim has practiced for more than 25 years in NY and PA as an attorney limiting his practice to personal injury and malpractice cases. As an avid cyclist for almost 40 years, Jim has handled countless bike accident cases for bicyclists in New York and Pennsylvania. He has successfully represented bicyclists rear-ended by cars, cyclists t-boned in intersections, bike riders sideswiped by trucks, and the ever-nasty riders “doored” by drivers who don’t bother to look before opening their door in to traffic.

Jim was a co-founder of and sponsors the Rogue Race Team, a team of great folks who enjoy weekend racing all over Upstate NY, Central PA, or any other place they can find an interesting race.
